$7,600 burial plot in Mountain View Funeral Home, Memorial Park & Crematory

I bought this plot (Grave 7 of Lot 163, New Veteran's Section) on February 9, 1976, in the New Veteran's section of Mountain View Cemetery. On May 12, 2018, I bought another plot by accident right next to my parent's and two brother's burial plots that had been seating empty for over 50 years. Pure luck! I now own 2 plots, so the extra one I want to sell. I checked with Mountain View Cemetery and these two plots are the only ones available for the entire New Veteran's section that are left. If you want to buy this plot now days, Mountain View Cemetery quoted the price would be $14,400 to $15,400 at today's prices. Plots are going at an incredible price these days. Personally, I feel that price is outrageous. To move it quickly, I'm asking $7,600 and I will pay for the escrow and filing fees, which would be about $525.00 to me.
