$3,200 burial plots in Mansion Memorial Park

- Located in a 'sold out' section; each space accommodates either 1 casket and 1 urn or 2 urns.
- First and 2nd internment rights are currently priced at $2,495 each, so each space is valued by the cemetery at $4,990 or a total of $9,980 for both spaces.
- Owner is selling both plots for $6,400 (plus the deed transfer fee), so this price is 35% less than the current retail cost through the cemetery.
- Owner has deed in hand and can act quickly if needed. We will meet at the Groover Funeral Home office to perform the transaction and transfer the deed.
- Finding location: upon entering the park, veer left around the circle to the first road on the left (large oak tree on the corner). Proceed to the 2nd large oak tree on the right side of the road (immediately across from a set of palm trees on the left side of the road). The plot sites are near the large oak tree (circled in red) as seen on the aerial map and adjacent to (East of) Noah B. and Nita C. Bass.
- Plots only, no other services or plans are included but those can be obtained directly from Dignity Memorial's funeral home on-site. Dignity's pre-paid plans include 'Relocation Protection' should one need to relocate their burial site (75+ miles) to one of Dignity's other qualifying 1900+ different locations throughout the US.
