King David Memorial Gardens

Located in the rolling hills of Putnam Valley in Putnam County, King David Memorial Gardens is part of Rose Hills Cemetery. The King David portion is across the road and separated by a row of trees and plantings. The cemeteries divided up into separate burial societies and area synagogues burial plots as well as numbered and lettered sections. Formerly known as Beverly Hills Cemetery, the earliest graves date back to the 1940s, these graves are marked with bronze flat markers and some upright family plot granite markers. The two cemeteries that encompass Rose Hills Cemetery cover roughly 100 acres of land.
