$20,000 burial plot in Glen Abbey Memorial Park & Mortuary

Certificate of Interment Rights is in the Name of my Mother who recently passed. It is unused as we inured my Mother's ashes in a columbarium. Certificate states the Lot #5, Section #29D, Block 78 . Certicate further states "conveyance provides for one single Internment rights. Date of the certificate execution is May 9, 2011. Sell will not finalize until check clears and available in the sellers account. If through ACH, or bank transfer, sell will not finalize until money available in sellers bank account. Price is negotiable. Please let me know what paper work you need since the Certificate of Internment Rights is in the name of my deceased Mother. Thank you.
