This is a four-space lot, Lot 144 in the Gentleness section. It is in an older area of the cemetery that sold out long ago, under a very large tree that gives a wide area of shade.
The transfer fee is $400 per individual space. But for all four together the total fee is only $1,200, instead of $1,600, because spaces 1 and 2 are held under one title deed. I am willing to share the cost of the transfer fees.
